Why FenceCalc Exists
Most fence contractors lose bids not because of their work — but because of their quotes. While competitors send polished PDF proposals with detailed material breakdowns, too many contractors are still hand-calculating estimates in spreadsheets and emailing them the next day. By then, the homeowner has already signed with someone else.
The software options available weren't great either: expensive enterprise tools built for commercial general contractors, or generic invoicing apps that don't understand fence materials. Nothing was built specifically for fence contractors at a price that made sense.
FenceCalc was built to fix that. It started as a simple material calculator and PDF proposal generator, and has grown into a full business platform — estimates, job tracking, client portal, e-signatures, and payments — all designed around how fence contractors actually work.
