How do I reset my password?
Go to app.fencecalc.co and click 'Forgot Password' on the login page. You'll get a reset link via email within a few minutes.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. You'll keep access through the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within the first 14 days. After that, you can cancel anytime but we don't prorate partial months.
How do I import my existing customers?
Go to Settings > Import in the app. You can upload a CSV file with customer names, emails, and addresses. We'll map the columns for you.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and never share your data with third parties.
